Monday's Eating!!!

Sorry I missed you all this weekend my home computer is still down so I have to catch up on Monday morning...You look like you had a good weekend though and the eating was good..I am so jealous that you look like most of you are close to goal..i can't decide what mine is...I am looking around 160-175 well see anyway I will quit babbling...Here goes... B - Protein Shake coffee, splenda, cream L - Soup veggie and chicken S- Protein Bar D - Not sure yet... vitamins, water and crystal light... Good luck today..and I missed you all this weekend...Here's to a good week..I am going to the gym tomorrow after work Hubby and I had a talk and I am trying to work in some me time..so well see how that works..

OK, here's my plan: B - 4 oz 2% low-fat cottage cheese 1/2 English muffin w/ butter and sf jam pear L - spinach salad w/ 2 oz chicken, 1 oz cheese S - sf cocoa D - 3 oz string cheese 1/2 red pepper strips apple or orange S - sf cocoa

I haven't been doing this much but here is todays meal plan: B - Protein Shake (about 40 g) S - Light Yogurt with some low-fat high-protein granola for crunch L - Some Chicken cassarole - mostly chicken and mushrooms S - Small Apple D - Turkey Chilli Treat - SF Tropical Popsicles. Vitamins, Calcium 12 oz of Coffe 64 oz of Water 24 oz of Crystal Light & Water Working out 40 minutes cardio and 20 minutes of weights. Plus took the train so an extra 3/4 miles of walking thrown in for good measure.

Ok I feel like I ate way too much today!! I really need to keep this under control so I dont blow up like a balloon with this baby, and I need to make better choices. Here it goes B- protein drink L- 1/2 tortilla pizza with cheese and banana peppers S- carb countdown choc milk D- 1 thigh and half a breast of chicken original recipe from KFC bad bad bad 2 bites of mashed potatoes, and half of a peice of corn on the cob. I will try to stick to my homemade veggie soup tomorrow, lol.- Melissa Oh and OT- My Ob is doiing an ultra sound april 19th and will do about 3 more through out my pregnancy, I am being weened of some of my meds for panic attacks. So far the name Mattea for a girl is leading by 2, second is Marissa. I am still waiting on about 6 more people to reply on the names. For those of you I didnt tell, if we have a boy it will Stephen Alexander

Alright girl! Her name is going to be Marissa!! I am the aunt and I get to choose. LOL Okay as for what I ate. Please don't fuss at me my very best friend in the whole wide world. I just can't get it together anymore. I am eating WAY to much and I know it. Here it goes. B 4 pieces of turkey bacon, 1\2 of an egg, and 1\2 slice of cheese L skipped sort of snacked instead S Morning start chocolate chip crisp bar and 9 pork rinds D 1\2 turkey club and about 9 french fries with 3 bites of cole slaw S the rest of the turkey club. To many cals (877), to many fats (42), and WAYYYYY to many carbs (50). But I did do much better than this weekend. We won't talk about that. I am not doing so hot on drinking either. I just can't make myself drink. Go figure. I never was the one to drink much even before surgery. Well, talk to you later. Love, Toni

Hey Allison Happy Monday .. Today was an ok day .. B-Nectar L-Lean Quisine Tuscan Chicken .. OMG this was really good . I did not eat the Pasta but I ate everything else .. D-Chinese veggies and chicken .. Stir Fry .. Snack - Pop Corn Before Bed will do another Nectar .. Vitamins and maybe a yogurt .. Down 3 more pounds .. will this ever stop ! LOL ..
