Saturdays what did you eat today?
Ok I think I did good choices, but maybe too much we willhave to see.
B- protein drink
L- 4 oz deer steak, 1/2 baked potato with bell peppers on it
D- 3/4 cup raw brocolli with a little veggie dip
If I get hungry later I will have a cup of carb countdown choc milk.
Took our son to a bday party at the roller rink, and walked around some, didnt skate due to being pregnant I think I really would have gotten alot of exercise if I skated, but last time I did fall a few times so didnt want to take any chances.- Melissa
Melissa --- is your husband a hunter .. I notice you eat a lot of deer meat .. I love deer meat .. but can not get any here .
Today .. is the weekend - time when I do not do so good .
B-Nectar
Waited a while - had some cheese and crackers .
L-Applebees Chicken Salad - Blue Cheese Dressing - 2 moz sticks .
D- Apple w Peanut butter .. Some bean dip .
I have not been getting in my protein . I am vowing to do better tommorow . Nectar before bed with my vitamins ...

Hey Nat sweetie!!! Yes Harry is a big hunter and fisherman. We are lucky because he gets all the meat. He will get deer, squirrel, and fish. Then his grandfather slaughters every sept and oct. so he goes and helps and brings home a pig and a cow all cut up into steaks, ribs, roasts, and burger. Anthony our son is really getting into hunting too, so soon I will have two hunters, lol.- Melissa
