IT HASN'T BEEN A YEAR AND I ONLY HAVE SIX MORE LBS TO LOOSE. IT FEELS GREAT TO BE WEARING 10 PANTS AND 12 JACKETS. THAT IS GREAT COMING FROM SIZE 20. IT IS A LITTLE SCARRY LOOKING ING THE MIRROR . I STILL EXPECT TO SEE THE OLD ME!
You have done an excellent Job .. those 6 pounds will come off .. Enjoy your success ..
It is weird .. I still see the old me sometimes .. but glad that when the fog lifts I see the new thinner me ..

Rita, congratualtions on your big accomplishment! I to have a problem with the mirrors. Maybe in another year from now, we will be used to seeing the new us...It is so hard though. Again A big congrats on your journey.
