Allright friends..I am going out of town for a few days to a school in Tallahassee...so I am getting a last post in before I leave... B - Protein Shake coffee,splenda and vanilla carmal cream ;-( S - Protein Bar L - Soup and Yogurt ...driving will try to snack healthy if at all D - Probably olive garden soup and salad.... water, water , water, vitamins and more water I will talk to you all on Friday...Have a great day today and tomrrow..I will miss you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey buddy!!! I will be looking to see what you have for dinner. LOL B skipped (bad girl) L 1 cup of taco salad D 2 cups of homemade beef veggie soup. ( I put 2 cups but I won't eat that much at one time. I will have 1 cup later. Just trying to get protein in. LOL Gotta find better snacks, I am getting in WAY to many carbs. Mom told me to get my butt busy or I won't beable to lose anything else. Well, I better join the YMCA or something. It is way to cold to walk right now. LOL Talk to you later. Loves ya, Toni

Ok had to run to the store, and decided to take anthony with me, lol. OF course he talked me into getting something for the baby!! Cant take this boy shopping anywhere, he just wants to buy baby stuff, hahaha. Then we decided to have McDonalds( bad bad bad) I got a 3 peice chicken select, and had about 6 of anthonys fries from his happy meal. So that was my dinner, depending on how much protein i get in fitday I might have a protein drink if I need to up my protein. - Melissa

b- one quarter of a sauge egg biscuit l- sald loaded with cheese and ham and nuts. actually ithink it was only one peice of lettuce. hahaha with watered down ranch dressing s-cheesy hashbrowns (left overs) d-chicken with stuffing rolled into it and simmerd in mushroom soup. 4oz 3 bites of mashed tators. s- ole philly swirl. Trying to get rid of them. I'll never buy them again. My sweet sissy gave me some S/F icebreakers sours. So I sucked on 2 of those because I was dying of thirst. Dag gone if I am not sitting here dumping!!!! Must have fizzed up in my tummy cuz whew it just isn't pretty right now! I doubled checked the sugar alc. and its is 1g who would have thought 2 of them boogers would be treating me like this. Lisa -168

Ok here is what I had today. B-Champion Whey protien shake L-2 bites of a leftover philly cheese steak D-a bowl of Ham and beans I have really never had any real problems with shaved meat, but for some reason this philly cheese steak just really kicks my butt after only a couple bites, and this is without the guts of the bread. I even dip it in aujus(sp) weird!
