B - PROTEIN SHAKE COFFEE,SPLENDA, CREAM L - SOUP AND YOGURT S - POWER CRUNCH BAR D - CHICKEN AND ????? WILL CATCH IT UP TONIGHT OR IN THE MORNING... WATER WATER WATER AND VITAMINS... ORDERED SOME NEW CLOTHES FROM COLDWATER CREEK ALL 14'S CAME IN YESTERDAY NOT QUITE IN THEM COMFY YET BUT CANT WAIT...LOVE YOU GIRLS...STAY FOCUSED...AND GOOD LUCK MELISSA...I AM PRAYING FOR YOU.... I NEED TO FOCUS ON EXCERSIZE SOON!!!

WE are pregnant!!!!! lol just had to say it. ok here is my food. B- protein drink L- 3 oz of deer steak, and 1/2 cup brocolli cheese rice D- will probably be another protein drink.- Melissa

OK here it is. B-skipped L-I can't decide what I want to eat.LOL D-I think will be chinese without the rice...Yes, I had it yesterday, but it was homemade, this will be buffet, with all the great stir fry meat and veggies to choose from, plus the great egg drop soup Have a great day everyone! Bren

OK change in my supper...Instead of the chinese, it is going to be an Arby's roast beef and swiss sandwich, with lot's of aujus. I had the gut's of the bread removed, and I think I will be able to eat about half of this sandwich. who no's maybe more. Will see. tata for now Bren

Hi Allison, Thanks again..... you always remind me to THINK about what I'm eating AND to take my Vitamins! B: 1 oz cheese & 1 oz ched cheese S: eng muffin w/avocado L: 1 C salad w/ chicken/cheese/veggies S: ?? D: Think Pasta w/ grd beef & turkey sausage S: ?? Exercise --- I hate "normal" exercise. So last week I signed up for Ball Room Dancing classes! This I love....so therefore, I will go. Also did 5 1/2 hrs of Salsa dancing over the weekend! What a great workout & felt great the next day, what a HUGE surprize! Have a great evening! Pam RNY 5/13/04 268/153 15 under goal!

Still fighting this cold .. B-Nectar L-Carbwell Cranberry Protein Bar .. 1 oz of cheese and 5 wheat thins . Snack - Yogurt Smoothie D-ATkins Low Carb Chicken soup .. I did not eat much .. I just feel yucky ! I will do another Nectar .. and maybe try to get in a yogurt .. Well that is it for me ... Love you all ! Nat

OK well here I am, this is the part that is gonna keep me straight in line eventually, lol. That protein drink i was going to have for dinner, well it turned into chinese buffet with my husband and son. I had 2 peices of sweet sour chicken, 3 bites of rice, 2 bbq spare ribs, and some chicken thingy looked like a mini taco. I am stuffed I ate way too much. I have to not let myslef do this. We dont go out to eat often, this was just something he decided he would like to eat on his bday, so off we went. Well thats it for me just had to get my post straight since my dinner was way off, lol.- Melissa
