Exercise --- I hate "normal" exercise. So last week I signed up for Ball Room Dancing classes! This I love....so therefore, I will go. Also did 5 1/2 hrs of Salsa dancing over the weekend! What a great workout & felt great the next day, what a HUGE surprize!

OK well here I am, this is the part that is gonna keep me straight in line eventually, lol. That protein drink i was going to have for dinner, well it turned into chinese buffet with my husband and son. I had 2 peices of sweet sour chicken, 3 bites of rice, 2 bbq spare ribs, and some chicken thingy looked like a mini taco. I am stuffed I ate way too much. I have to not let myslef do this. We dont go out to eat often, this was just something he decided he would like to eat on his bday, so off we went. Well thats it for me just had to get my post straight since my dinner was way off, lol.- Melissa
