MOnday what did you eat today?
Here we are in a new week!
B- protein drink
L- hamburger patty with catchup and mustard, no bread
D- 3oz of deer steak with cream mushroom soup baked on top, 1/2 cup brocolli cheese rice.
I might have another protein drink later after I see how I did on fit day with my protein.
NOw on a different note, tomorrow I go for a pregnancy test!! Please keep us in your prayers for it to be positive!! Tomorrow is my DH bday, and he thinks I am just going for a Dr check up, this would be the best present I can give him. Have a great day everyone!!- Melissa
Hey Christine!! We just started trying this past month. Our son has been wanting a brother or sister, but when I was so big I only had a period about every 3 months. ITs scary, we really want another baby, but I dont want to get morbidly obese again. It was a decision that we said if it happens it was meant to be. I started doing research for pregnancy after GBS, and found alot of positive info. I was given the go ahead to try to conceive. It will be different than before GBS, and my Drs will work with me for both the babies health, and for me to gain very little without putting baby in any harm. If the results come back positive, there will be alot of celbrating going on here, and baby comes first, then my weight issue.- Melissa

No snacks today .. no nothing really .. This cold is way to much for me .

L 2 oz of turkey with gravy and about 1\2 cup of salad
S One prez twist
D 1 cup of stew Don't think I can eat a full cup. May end up being 1\2 cup. Yea, that sounds more like it.
S if I have one it will be low carb yogurt. Not sure if I will have one or not.
I can't wait until tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

D- 1 chicken leg (no skin....or bone lol) and a small dumpling & bite
