SIZE 6!!!!!!!!

WOW, the day has finally come that I never ever believed would be here. I am now in a size 6!!!WOOHOO I am doing the Snoopy happy dance! I haven't lost any weight since last time I posted my weight, but it must have repositioned itself...And the great thing about the size 6's is that it wasnt even an expensive pair of pant's. Just regular ol'e Lee dockers OK, I just had to share, thanks for indulging me. Brenda

HI Brenda, Congrats! what a great accomplishment. I bought a pair of 6 pants myself this weekend, but not quite as thrilled as you. I've gotten a little too thin (I'm 6') and fighting hard to up the calories! Never thought I'd have that problem. Had been maintaining well, but started some dance classes this week and I guess I didn't compensate for the extra exercis & suddenly dropped another 4 lbs! Now 15 under goal. Brenda .. where you been .. gurl ! I guess out shopping for those size 6's.. Way to go ... I know you are happy .. I made it to size 8 and can def live with it .. Doc says I could loose more and possibly more inches .. but I am reallly happy with where I am ... We gotta get together .. and shop.. shop.. shop .. Love ya , Nat

Nat, My father was admitted to the hospital last week with a blood clot...this has kept me away from home ALOT. He hopes to have our surgery soon, but this may put a damper on things. I did find the time to go shopping though only because my daughters baby shower is this comming Saturday, and I had nothing to wear except my goodwill cloths...lol Girl was it fun, and frustrating at the same time. Goodness I am spoiled with my bargens from work. I did notice smaller clothes were less expensive than our old larger sizes, and definatly lot's more to choose from, which was a real treat. not used to that one! I can't wait to really go shopping....I mean REALLY GO SHOPPING...yes, well have to go togather! LOL Hugs, Brenda

Well, I am just too jealous!! I am still in 14/12 's But, it is my own fault!! I am doing better! I just have to tell that "head voice" NO more often. What's the old saying...Just say no...if it were that easy there would be no drugs and no fat people!! Jeannie

Brenda, I feel you...I had my surgery on 5/18/04 and I was 240lbs and a size 20. Today I weigh 138lbs and am in a size 6...props to both of us...lol!! I did by my first pair of size 4 the other day and also a dress in a size 4, however I am a true size 6. I have the JLO thing going for me...ha ha ha. I have never felt better in my life. I am new to the website so I do not know how to show pictures yet...can you advise me how to do that? Keep up the good work and congratulations again!!! Stephanie D Morristown, NJ

Stephanie, glad to see you post. This is a great bunch of people. It feels wonderful being thin, huh??? Well, a funny thing happened.the size 6 pair of pant's that I bought are to big!!!!!! I actually am taking them back for a size 4..I lost 5 lbs over the last 4 days and boom, made the pant's so baggy....So I now weigh like 130...I truly will tell my body, I am done if I go down to a true 4. Hopefully the body will listen to me. I have heard it say many times, that our body will stop loosing weight when it get's to "It's comfort zone" before obesity I was 110 lbs for yrs. It was just where my body was comfortable at. Goodness knows I ate a ton back then. But after childbirth and hormones kicking in, I slowely put the weight on...so who knows when it will stop. Anyway, go to Pictures on this site, or photo help, and they will help you do all that, with getting your picture up on this site. Let me know if I can help further. Hugs, Brenda

Wow...congrats on the size 6's. I am in 8's and 10's myself and hope to be in single digits exclusively sometime soon. If it ends up a solid 8...great. If I end up a six...that'll be great too. I just hope to stay under double digit sizes. Thanks for sharing and I know you feel WONDERFUL!!! Christie
