This is nowhere near enough food! I hope that this is an extraordinarily light day for you. I don't think that people should be congratulating you for eating so little.
You need at least 50-60 grams of protein per day; you're lucky if you got 15 from that homemade half of a burrito. When we had this surgery, we (should have) committed to changing our lifestyles, whi*****ludes eating healthy. What you've listed isn't healthy, and it's a starvation diet -- far too little for someone approaching 10 months post-op.
There are days when I eat lightly too -- I'm not criticizing you, so much as I am alarmed that people are posting congratulatory remarks, as if what you've done is a real accomplishment. I feel badly when I don't eat enough, and I try again the next day. I also feel badly when I eat too much, and that happens far more often!
I don't like eating a meal in the morning, and I never have - so I will usually have a protein shake for breakfast. For lunch, I try to have 2-3 oz of deli meat with low-fat cheese on 1 slice of bread, or in a pita. I usually have an afternoon snack of either homemade beef jerky, or nuts, or a hunk of cheese on crackers. Dinner consists of more protein -- burritos are a good source, if stuffed with meat, cheese, and beans (also high calorie, but I don't worry about that yet, as I'm not capable of eating enough to gain weight).
To me, THAT is a good day, when combined with at least 72 oz of fluid. I wish I had those kind of days every day.
