STEPS.....STEPS....I DID IT

WOW....I set a goal and accomplished it. May surgery was on May 25, 2004....just 9 short months ago. I set a goal to not only lose weight but to feel better about myself. One big goal I set was to be able to climb steps again. So in February I moved into an apartment and for the first time in my life I did not go for the first floor apartment...I opted for the second floor.... Then, with the new job I started the office is on the third floor. So I started by climbing just one flight a day.....well yesterday I DID IT..... I MADE IT ALL THE WAY FROM THE FIRST TO THE THIRD FLOOR.... NOW ...please understand yes, I was still huffing and puffing ... but I DID IT... WOW.......WOW......WOW.....
