THURSDAY'S FOOD INTAKE
Ok here it goes, lol.
B- carb countdown choc milk
L- 1 cup shredded wheat with 1/2 cup milk
D I will have a cup of chili( I will try to not use crackers, if I do I will limit myself to 5 crackers)
for a snack later I will have a protein drink.
I am drinking plenty of water, and my exercise today so far has been cleaning house, I know I know I need to work on the exercise - Melissa
I did not do my Nectar -- it still has not come yet ~
I used instead some sample packets of the Matrix Chocolate Protein . YUK !
Breakfast - Cherry-Walnut Chicken Salad .
Lunch - Grilled Chicken - salad - with homemade blue cheese =yum
and cantalope !
Dinner - inside of a chicken burrito .. yuk ..
I miss my Nectar and promise not to ever run out again ..
I am going to eat some cheese later and maybe some popcord while I watch Survivor ..
