MORNING ALL... B - PROTEIN SHAKE S - NONE L - CHICKEN,CABBAGE AND VEGGIE SOUP S- PROTEIN BAR D - HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN BREAST AND SALAD... MAYBE POPCORN FOR SNACK OR SOME SF POPSICLES... GOOD LUCK TODAY EVERYONE AND NO EXCERSIZE FOR ME YET BUT I ALMOST GOT UP EARLY SO I AM GETTING CLOSER IN SOME SICK WAY!!!! I KNOW YOU GOTTA UNDERSTAND 201.2 THIS MORNING I GOTTA GET PAST THE MARK!!!!! LOVE YOU GALS!!!

B-AES PROTIEN SHAKE- ( I am outa Nectar Just ordered it today ) 15 grams L-CAMBELLS LOW CARB CHICKEN AND BROCOLI SOUP ( 9 grams pt ) SF- APPLESAUCE D- I WILL HAVE A WENDIES CHICKEN SALAD 20 grams protein More PROTEIN before bed ... and possibly another Yogurt. DID i TELL YOU ALL THAT SOMEONE STOLE MY GYM BAG OUTA ME CAR .. NO MORE TENNIS SHOES .. O WELL I HOPE THEY LOVE MY LITTLE SHORTS.. HAVE A GREAT NIGHT ! NAT

B I skipped. I had to go shopping for a sick little girl of mine. Flu and pink eye. YUCK!! L 3 oz of spam lite. and one piece of low carb bread D will be 1 chicken breast (if I can eat all that) and maybe some green beans or salad. Not to sure yet. But I may just end up eating only the chicken. Protein first! Doesn't leave much room for veggies. I am doing bad on my drinking again and not exercising of course. I am going to try to do something today. It is still way to cold to walk outside. At least all the snow is gone for now. LOL

cups of coffee B = some scrambled eggs with cheese S = 1 saltine with butter on it L = steak grilling on George now... Ok here we go. B- protein drink S- carb countdown choc milk L- half a pizza!!, lol I made it with a flat tortilla shell, for crust, had olives, ham, banana peppers and mozz cheese and little pizza sauce. D- i will have another carb countdown milk Time to go see my damage at fitday, lol- Melissa
