TUESDAYS EATING!!!!!
Allison I am so tired alot too!! NOt sure if its just lazy, or something medical. My labs come back with flying colors, so my dr thinks it might be some of the other meds im on for anxiety. I thought after all this weight loss I would get a spurt of energy, but no such luck for me. My mother lost 100lbs some time ago, and she said she never gained energy either. So all I can do is try exercising more and see if that brings my energy leverl up. Stopping my meds might help but it would just make my anxuety situation worse so its a no go on stopping them- Melissa
HI Allison,
Have had a "grouchy pouchy" since last night. Up untill now, have not been able to keep anything down (extremely unusual for me)
LND: scallops.... 1 bite yuck..lost it
S: veg beef soup 2 bites... yuck lost it
gave up.....
(this is tough cause 12 lbs under goal & trying to UP the calories to maintain....not get rid of them)
B: 1 oz cheese....nope lost it
s: cracker w/pbutter nope lost it
3 cups hot herbal tea over couple of hours
started feeling better
L: 1/4 c chili on salad w/shred cheese & avacado...Sitting well.
D: see how tummy feels

YOGURT - SOME MORE NUTS
DINNER - SOME MELTED CHEESE - 1/2 SMALL CHICKEN BREAST W SALAD
I will do another Nectar before bed . So far total protein is 87 grams .. I felt so hungry today .. I did have 60 oz of water .. most came from decaf coffee .. yummm
