B = TOAST, COFFEE L = SMALL CHICKEN WITH BROCOLI D = ????? LOTS OF WATER!!! I have got to do better. So, I am starting to write down at least in the morning of what I plan on eating....maybe that will help me stay on track!! Jeannie Good luck today girls!!!

It is because it used pacific time!! lol I will post later what I ate today...I can speculate but it never goes as planned. I can say that since i have started to post it on here and be accountable for it...I have bounced back down to my lowest weight. I had gone down to 158 and bounced back and forth from 161-162.5....and now I am finally back at 158..woohoo!! I hope it keeps going...Have a great day everyone. Julie S.

B - Protein Shake S- No snack I got my first pair of what i would call skinny jeans on today got a pair of button ups from j crew size 14...i am way excited but no room for snacks today L - Cabbage and chicken Soup D - Probably Soup Water, vitamins adn Fruit2o.... love you ladies..have a great day!!!

Jeannie, I don't no if this would hel*****t, but this is what I try to do...I started doing OAMC..or doing mini seccions. I cooked ahead of time and then freeze everything. Not only has it cut my food bill into almost a 1/2, but it is so convienant. When I first started doing this I only made double or triple recipes, then froze all others. I make a menue out ahead of time, usually for about 3 weeks..post it on the fridg, and viola my meals are done, plus there already in the serving sizes...Am I making any sence? In my freezer I have stocked up on Chili, Speg. sauce..Mexican lasagna, ham and beans, lasagna, sloppy joes, veg. soup, homemade hotpockets, rigitoni, burritos, enchiladas, ham and cheese casserole..et. these are already in servings, so it is darn near immpossible to eat more than I should as it would be cutting into my husbands portion. I use those mini loaf pans for my servings. If your intersted further, I can email you seperatly from the list, to explain further. Hugs, Brenda

Ok here we go, lol B- skipped L- 1/2 cup beef stew for dinner I will have about 3oz of bbq ribs, couple spoons of green beans, for a snack later I will have a protein drink. Anyone out there wanna take a few pounds from me, lo.- Melissa

Same ole Same ole for me . B- Nectar Vitamins-Biotin - B12 and Iron L-1/4 cup chili - chicken salad D - 3 Peanut butter- crackers with bannana. Snack today was Nuts and a few pork rinds .. Well . so much for the food choices ..

Wow what a bad food day for me...I guess you can tell it is almost that time of the month!! lol 6am: 1/2 sf decaf vanilla coffee (which is only about 3oz.) 9am: 3/4 of a pop-tart ( I guess I shouldn't have waited so long to eat...this is the beginning of the bad day) 9:30am: snickers low carb marathon bar 11:30am: 2 slices apple noon: egg, sausage, cheese and onion scramble 1pm: more egg scramble 2pm: 2 buffalo chicken wings 1/2 fruit roll up 3pm:snickers low carb marathon bar (I don't think I will buy anymore of these for while...they are too easy to grab) 5pm: 3 oreos 7pm: snack attack since I didn't eat dinner... handful of cheetoes handful of animal crackers (boy i slightly dumped on these and felt lick to my stomach for about 20min...was it worth it? NO!!!) Well there ya go..I confessed my crappy food day...pray for me to get a grip tomorrow. I think the pop tart started it all. My daughter left it sitting by the computer so when I came in here this morning it was staring at me. If I would have eaten breakfast I would have resisted...lol Tomorrow is a new day....Have a great night! Julie S. 265/158/140
