What did you eat today?

Well, I am off today I am first going to tan. Then hit the gym and try to walk..which I haven't done since I have been sick, and just now feel like I can without a setback. Lunch after that. So here is what I am tentavly having. B-skpipped L-egg drop soup, with a few bites of Cashew chicken, minus as much rice as possible. D-Creasant casserole..minus the creasant.. S-hopefully nothing. B - Extreme Smoothie Shake, bite of Power Crunch bar ( i was bragging on it and ended up opening it and then had to take a bite) S- 2 string cheese L - going to be a cabbage, chicken soup i made S- Power Crunch Bar D - Cabbage Soup Chicken stuff again Vitamins,and so far 54.6 oz. of fluid... Allison, hey there...I love cabbage in soup...Do you mind sharing your recipe? I have lot's of chicken already cooked in the freezer and half a head of cabbage I need to use up. Thanks Brenda

Well honestly my husband calls it my pot of cabbage and crap...i usually cook my cabbage first then add either hamburger meat or chicken and then different things chicken broth..lots of it and some crushed tomatoes and sometimes cream of broccoli or just brocolli and carrots and celery i just keep throwing things in the pot until it either is full or i am totally satisfied with the taste and the girls at work eat with me every day so either i make the pot of soup for the week or she does and i eat it every day with a blue bunny yogurt...i love my soup i try to make them thicker so they stick longer but i havent had any problems with hunger so they are doing okay so far i just want to get past the 200 mark but honestly i think i am not getting enough calories so i am trying to up them ....well see it seems like i lose on the mondays after i eat more on the weekends so maybe i dont eat enough during the week..but my friend at work makes this awesome soup with chicken...and her pot of crap is way better than mine...i just put different stuff i like in it until i like it...i make about a pot every two weeks i will get her recipe for you tomrrow and email it to you or post it on here...sorry about the spelling but i dont have much time and figure you guys will forgive me...thanks for all you inspiration and your help i love you guys and this place ....i couldnt do this without you....i need to update my pic..you all are some hot mamas....i will do that this weekend..keep me posted and talk to you in the morning...

Melissa, Is this the 3rd meal of Spegg for you?????? I really like Italian myself and would have no problem eating lot's of it. I do so enjoy garlic toast with it. I am having italian tonight...yummy. take care Bren
