Melissa, yep ole Aunt Flo can sure put a damper on things can't she??? But girl if you only ate 10 cheese puffs, my goodness that is nothing to feel guilty about! You had a great eating day reguardless...even with those puffs. You also do well with your water intake. You wan't to know how much water I get in a day? Maybe 2 glasses. I have always done horrible with water, or even liquids...I just don't like taking in liquids Hugs, Brenda

Thank you so much for your reply Brenda. EAting those cheese puffs really made me feel bad emotionally.I was upset when I did fitday, cuz my carb intake ended up being more than my protein. I always like my protein to be the highest percent of my carbs and fat percents.I hope today will be a better day for me.As for my water, I always sprinkle chrystal lite in it so it isnt so bland, not as much as you should for a normal crystal lite drink, but just a little to give it some taste. Plus I always have it with me all day and sip on it through out the day. I like to drink alot, because when I eat and have to wait for that half hour before drinking again, I am so thirsty. It is funny because I never had to drink with food before, but now that I cant its like my body wants it!! WEird isnt it? well see you all tonight for todays what did we eat- Melissa

Well, here goes...seems like I eat the most of all of us...that's why I ain't losing!!!!!!! B = coffee, water, L = chilie, crackers, diet coke S = Chicken with brocoli, 2 bread sticks...oooo bad. SNAK = way too much. water Gotta get off the diet coke, and snacks!! Jeannie

Jeannie, Ohhh...You don't eat the most. goodness, what you ate today was good...so you ate a couple crackers, and 2 bread sticks...that isn't that bad! Plus atleast you had a DIET coke and not the REAL thing...right? Plus not to many of us are loosing ALOT right now, if any at all Take care, Brenda

Well Better Late than ever .. YESTERDAY ... I had ... B-NECTAR L-1/4 BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP ... YUK 2 CHEESE CRACKERS - NUTS D-CHICKEN COOKED IN THE WOK WITH LOTS OF HERBS AND SPICES CABBAGE AND CUKE SALAD MADE W SPLENDA - FOR DESERT - 1 LITTLE JELLO SF PUDDING CUP W LOW CARB WHIPPED CREAM Before Bed I had another Nectar .. 50 oz of water -slacker I ws on this .. Missed going to the gym as my slave boss kept me at work till 5 - and i work an hour from the gym .. gotta get me a new yob ... Take care .. Nat

Hey Brenda, So far I had a boneless fried chicken breast with about 3 tablespoons of mashed potatoes. I know on the chicken but as you will see I pretty much eat what I want, thats just me.... Have a good one! Cherrion

Cherrion, I wouldn't say on that fried chicken breast...You know for about the first 6-7 months post opp, and still to this day at times, I ate lot's of carbs..mashed taters, only because it felt the best for my tummy...with gravy of course I have tried french fries (mcdonalds) and the greese from those I just can't handle...so I HAVE to stay away from anything fried. But hey whatever works for you and weightloss is still happening I say go for it. When my friends were eating there protein first, I was still eating my mushy carbs Hugs Brenda

I get the Oinker Award. B-Nectar Fuzzy Navel S-Power Crunch wafer protein bar L-Possessed by Satan, ate 12 Dove milk chocolate pieces D-2 glasses of wine, 2 chicken thighs (skinless boneless in a Moroccan stew with eggplant and tomatoes), spread WAY out over time Late night snack- more of dinner-another chicken thigh, and two more Dove chocolates (the bag is GONE now, thank goodness) I always drink gallons of water, so I don't even keep track of that. I probably had 120 oz? The good news is that I got a lot of protein in, amidst my evildoing with the chocolate. And the tagine (Moroccan stew) was SOOOOO good, and the recipe is HUGE, so I'll be enjoying that for the next couple of days. Oink Oink for now, Susan 262/157/135
