What did you eat today?
Well, so far today I had:
B - protein shake with carb countdown skim milk (32 grams)
Snack - 1 hard boiled egg (7 grams)
Lunch - 3/4 cup of cream of spinach soup and 1 sugar free wafer (I know, bad choice, but I always have a sweet tooth in the afternoon)
Dinner - I am making a salad with an egg in it and chicken bits. (I don't know how much I'll eat)

Hey y'all, sorry I have been slacking, been super busy with a consignment sale I am getting ready for!
B-Scrambled egg sandwich with a slice of cheese
L-3/4 of an egg roll
S- 4 triscuits with chicken salad on them
D-probably VERY light if anything, feel like I have already eaten too much today!
Still on a plateau, sucks, but oh well!

Hey there girlie, I think you had a great eating day! I love scrambled eggs with velvetta melted in them. Gosh, that sounds yummy!
Are you taking clothes in to a consignment boutique? I have so many clothes...I keep saying I am going to put them on Ebay...but just haven't had the time yet Good luck with your sale!

Hey girl! It's a kids clothes consignment sale. I have been cleaning out my 3 year old's closets to make room for her big sister's hand-me-downs, and decided to sell them at a really big consignment sale we have here in Huntsville twice a year. I need to do the Ebay thing too! I swear people will buy ANYTHING on there!!!!

L: few bites of raviolis
snickers marathon low carb bar (peanut butter.....YUMMMM)
S: 3 thin mint cookies ( BAD BAD BAD!!! thank goodness they are finally gone)
1/2 PB&J
D: hopefully a salad with grilled chicken.

Julie, I don't think I have heard of those snickers bars...I must run, not walk to the nearest grocery store. I swear Snickers bites, are the only thing I have a problem with...but then again, I do have 12 BAGS of them here in the house. LOL The were on sale after valentines day for .75 cents...normally they are 3.00 a bag. I make these GREAT cookies for hubby...I take peanut butter cookie dough and wrap it around a snickers bite, and then bake. They are soooo good...Alas the reason I didn't have much of a weight loss back in Jan.
Now on to those yummy mint cookies..girlscouts perhaps. lol I bought some also, and haven't opened them yet..as a matter of fact they are still in my Darango..I no for sure with them outside, I won't make any special trips out there to eat one. Poor hubby keeps asking when well get our cookies from girlscouts. hehe
Believe it or not I really don't have much of a sweet tooth...But those two cookies are just sooo good!

Yes they are quite good. I like the peanut butter one better then the chocolate though. I got mine from Walmart and I think I will go buy a few more today. Takke care....I am getting better and better with my intake and writing down what I eat thanks to ALL of you wonderful May babies on here....WOOHOO to us for keeping it up. HUGS!!

Ok Im not sure if I am getting ready to have my visit from Aunt Flo, but I had a horrible eating day.
B- 2 glasses of choc carb countdown milk

then I got this horrible craving for cheese puffs!!! I ate about 10 of them!!! I feel horrible for doing it, and could just beat myself for not having better control.
D- 1 cup spaghetti with meat sauce( left overs from yesterday)
I did do good on my water I have had 6 glasses so far, and will have at least 2 more before bed. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day- Melissa
