Tuesdays what did you eat?
Ok well today I think I was bad, lol. Had an OB appt, and have gotten approval to start trying to conceive! I am so scared about this, cuz we do want another baby, but not the access weight gain. IF it all happens, I will be monitored closely, and should gain no more than 15lbs, I still might even lose weight, or not gain a thing. Now as for what I ate today, here it goes
B- protein drink
L- half a cheeseburger and 3 fries- The burger was a big one bad bad me
D- Half a cup of spghetti with meat sauce
IF I get preggers, I will have my tummy tuck afterwards, if not then I will have one next year. Got to put it o hold to see if I get pregnant first, dont need a tummy tuck then streatch all out with a baby. Hope everyone had a great day- Melissa

B 1 serving of beef jerk.
S bowl of kix
L chicken salad sandwich with lettuce and some chips. Ate most of the
sandwich but very few chips.
S BAD BAD me!! Reece peanutbutter egg. (I just couldn't help myself)
D I will be having a chicken breast, mashed taters, and green beans
Maybe 1\2 to an 1oz of each veggie and a few ounces of chicken. I
going to eat chicken first so I may not eat the veggies.
I am going to start taking my lunch to work so I am not so darn temp. to eat chips and candy. It is just so hard to get up earlier than normal. Maybe I will start packing it at night instead. Wish me luck. LOL I gotta get off this stand still. I have been on it for a while now. Well, I also found out why I have been pigging out on bad foods. I had a very nasty visitor Monday at work. The worst part was I was wearing WHITE pants.
LOL Thank God everything went fine that day. LOL

Sounds like you arent pigging out the last few days you posted. I know its hard and tempting to go for those carbs or sweets. We just have to stick to our guns. We didnt have majory surgery for nothing. I think I am eating better knowing I have to post it. I just have to be wise and not make those choices on bad foods that got me where I was. work was much better .. but not good on the water count for the day .. but here goes .
Breakfast - Nectar
Lunch - Cherry-Chicken Walnut Salad with Feta Cheese..
( I am going to turn into chicken yall.. )
Dinner - Half cup of Campbells Low Carb Brocolli and yes .. Chicken Soup
4 Wheat Crackers ..
For snack today before lunch.. 2 Low carb peanut butter crackers ..
24 ounces of Decaf Hazelnut coffee and about 20 more oz of water ..
I will have another Nectar before Bed .. and maybe a yogurt ..
Well .. off to get ready for American Idol ..

Hey Nat sweetie!! You are such a great eater!! I do have a question. Maing better eating choices seems to cost alot more for groceries, so all those yummy foods you eat, how is your cost? I made good choices all day but again I felt like I ate all day instead of planned out meals.
B: high protein total crunched up in lo-carb yogurt
S:1/4 cup of cocoa pebbles cereal w/milk (what was I thinking!!)
L: salad w/grilled chicken, cucumbers, pickles and italian dressing (it took me about 30min + but I ate the whole thing...first time eating lettuce w/o getting sick)
1 cup caffeine free lo-carb international foods french vanilla coffee
S: snickers marathon low-carb bar
S:sugar free popcicle
1/2 cup vanilla coffee again
D:few bites of grilled chicken, few sips of lo-carb yogurt smoothie, cheese stick, few pieces of beef jerkey
I drank sugar free iced tea all day....not sure how much total though
I don't it was too bad of a day...any comments? I guess I need to work on more of a planned out menu and still need to get in a protein shake.

Sounds like you had a good day Julie. YOur shoices in foods seem to be fine, lol except the cereal. I know it feels like we are eating all day, but when we post it, its easy to see that we are doing fine. Thats great that we are posting everyday, this way even though we feel like we might be eating too much we can see that we are actually eating just fine. YOur doing great keep up the good work!
