OMG what a Friday you all .. It was the worst .. and as for food .. It sucked .. Here goes .. Breakfast - Pina Colada Nectar Lunch - Wendies - Chicken BLT salad .. all the chicken 1/4 cup of salad Dinner - My best friend met me at HOOTERS . omg I had 3 peel and eat shrimp 1 buffalo shrimp 3 crab legs .. All of these soft foods go down so well .. I gotta get off this Wendies kick I am on .. Gosh any ideas out there .. O yea for snack today I had 2 ff crackers with carb smart peanut butter .. I am going to be here in a little while and not eating thing else .. Any one else scared to eat .. I am having a hard time excepting my body .. I see myself as fat .. I eat to live is all .. but it is really weighing heavy on me .. I see the surgeon Tuesday and am going to ask about these feelings .. Love ya all Nat

Nat sweetie, I am scared to eat too! Im afraid of gaining weight back, or not losing anymore. I am very happy with what I have lost, but it just isnt enough. Im still fat!! I think it is normal to feel this way, but Im not sure. Let us know what your surgeon says. Take care- Melissa

I am still not feeling well, so still not much of an appetite.... B-Small Detour Bar S-Carb Well Cereal Bar L-Small Detour Bar D-Small Detour Bar S-SF, FF Pudding I'm hoping my energy will come back soon and I'll feel up to cooking. Hubby has been eating, but nothing sounds good to me at all. Just trying to make sure I get in my liquids and protein. Maggie

I am reading what everyone is posting and I am thinking I eat way more than all of you and this must be a bad thing. I had my surgery in May and have lost 98 lbs. I am 5'4'" and weighed 259 before my surgery. I now weigh 161. I went from a size 22 to a 12. But getting back to the eating, today I had a sugar free skim latte and a grilled cheese w/bacon made with light bread for breakfast, and biscotti (sp) later in the mornng. I had a small piece of egg bake at work for lunch with a mini banana nut muffin. For supper I had a piece of fish (I would like to say it was broiled, but it was breaded and deep fried as we went out for dinner) and about 5 tator tots. I also had several drinks. (We go out for dinner and drinks every Friday night) My doctor said I am doing very well and right on track. (I do not share with him all the bad things I eat) It seems like when I eat less I loose less. Today was one of my worse days as most fridays are. For the most part my main diet is a piece of meat and a salad or vegetable, or a salad with meat.

Sherie- I too felt like I was eating so much more than others. So I made it my ritual to start posting again daily on what I ate. I noticed some days I do and others I dont. You are doing great!! I started out at 298lbs and now I am down to 189lbs. Another thing I notice is people around my height are in such smaller clothes!! When I started my journey I wore size 26-28 and now I wear some 18's and 20's. I notice alot who are around 160-170 are wearing 10-16 sizes!! I am so tired of seeing size 18-20!! I have clothes in boxes all the way down to a size 14, and am dying to get to those and then to get to all new clothes. If I got rid of all this skin on my stomach I could probably wear size 16's. My 18/20s are just perfect if not a little tight in my stomach and my legs are so baggy. My husband always says those jeans are too big then I show him the waist and he says oh, lol. YOu are doing great, keep up the good work. Oh and as for eating too much I have found it varies, some people are losing more the more they eat and some are losing more the less they eat. I guess it just depends on our bodies, so dont beat yourself up by thinking you eat too much. YOu know what helps you more and are doing what is best for your journey- Melissa

Melissa, well, my day sucked! I am still kinda sickly. B-skipped S-2pm 2oz of cheese L-1/4 chili at 6.00pm weird work schedule D- tried to eat a nachos supreme, but gave up after a few bites..(yuck) S-2 snickers bites as I walked in here to computer.... Tomorrow I am going to a authentic mexican resturant and have that yummy white cheese sauce!!! Brenda

okay here we go again!! B sausage mcgrill ( I couldn't help myself!! I haven't had one soooo long!!!!!) L chicken salad sandwhich. ( I ate the whole darn thing) D beef mexi melt, and 1\2 of a mexican pizza I know bad, bad girl!!!! I am eating WAY WAY to much and the wrong things.
