Fridays what did you eat today poll

Ok ok someone kick me in the butt, I am still not exercising well!! As for what I ate today well here it is B- protein drink L- detour protein bar S- carb countdown choc milk for dinner I am having 3oz of roast baked with cream of mushrooms soup and a few bites of spinach Im still stuck at 189lbs and so tired of it already I really need to start seeing th 170's!! Dear Melissa, glad I'm not the only one bad about the exercising!! As for what I ate today- B-coffee and protein bar L-chili and cheese on nachos (ate very little) S-beef jerkey and a small protein bar Oh! and I had a small handful of Wheat Thins for a snack. I'm still trying to get under the 200 mark, but it is proving harder than I thought. I have lost 121.5 pounds so far, so I'm not complaining!! I know if I'd get off my butt and exercise, it would come off wonderfully!! Everyone have a wonderful weekend!! Laura 329/207.5/160???

Laura you are doing great!! that 200lb mark is a mean booger, lol. You will get there though. I upped my protein and water to get past it, and kept my calories down. IT doesnt work for everyone but it did for me. Exercise has always been a problem for me, I thought it was cuz I was so big I just didnt have energy and couldnt do some workouts, but it seems to be just me. Call it lazy, it could be some other unkown reason but right now I must admit when it comes to exercise I am lazy. I know I know bad bad bad me, I am trying to work on that part of me to change for the better. Your doing great, keep up the good work. CAnt wait to hear when you make it below 200lbs- Melissa

Melissa-you must be my soul sister or something!! I swear, I think I exercised MORE when I was heavy than I do now. I kept telling myself, "once that weight starts coming off you'll get that energy they all talk about and you'll exercise your butt off". Ha!! I am just LAZY and I admit it! I'm not proud of it, but that's it right there. I have been concentrating on getting lots of protein because while my daughter was in the hospital for 4 days I barely ate or drank anything at all. And what I DID eat was bad, bad, bad for me. I am trying to work on the exercise thing too, but it's a bugger-just like that 200 pound mark!! LOL You take care Melissa and I'll be sure to let you know when I finally hit 199!!!

B - 1 Eggo w/ banana 2 beef sausage links L - Swedish Meatballs w/noodles Lean freezer dinner D - ??? I'm going out with my fiance to night so I'm not sure what I'm going to have for dinner yet... right now I just want a salad. I'll just have to see where he takes me.

LOL!! Rhonda I am so glad you decided to post. No one is perfect, and I am far from it, lol. Sounds like you had a good day. Have a drink for me, the drinks I like have too much carbonation for me to have so I havent drank, but dont get me wrong if I could I would on occasion. B = donut (BAD) coffee L = 1 chicken breast diet coke SNA**** cream...which I immediately threw up...yuk...I won't do that for awhile!! D = 1 piece of fish Snak = 1 cup of chicken soup water ice tea not too bad. I did lose 2 pounds this week!! YEAH! And, I tried on jeans, jean skirt, dress pants..all size 12's. Double Yeah!! Jeannie
