Well, I woke up really late, and the first thing I did was pop a bite size snickers in my mouth I am alittle ticked off at myself. Oh well... L-Egg Drop Soup D-? Will post later Brenda

Aww sorry you got sick. Dont beat yourself for it, you are still doing great!! Ok here is my food for today B- protein drink L- detour protein bar S- carb countdown choc milk for dinner I will have 1/2 cup to 1 cup of tuna, noodles and cream of mushroon soup I know this is off topic but I saw I beleive her name is Cassie has reached the century club and only has a couple responses, so all of you that read this please congratualate her. I know all of us that had reached that goal were so happy and loved all the support we got and responses to us reaching that goal, so please take a minute to reply to her post and show her we are all here with her and are very proud of her- Melissa

b ...missed l ...bowl of chicken tortilla soup, blue bell key lime pie yogurt s ....power crunch bar and a drink of that protein stuff the cough syrupy crap... d ...kids want pizza so maybe a slice or a salad..not sure yet out of town though until tues. i will catch up with you all then..thanks for your support...

Ok I realized that if the junk is in the house I just have no will power!!! I need to start writing down what i eat....my memory is awful these days! B: 1/2 poptart S: Carbwell bar cranberry (bite of chocolate) L: cube steak w/mushroom soup gravy and a few bites of mashed potatoes (cookie...my daughter is a girl scout!!) S:cheese stick D: 3/4 bbq pulled pork & cheese soft taco I have been sipping on crystal lite ice tea all day...not getting in nearly what i need to though JUlie S.

I have not been eating well due to not feeling well. I was just in the hospital and diagnosed anemic, so I'm tired and dizzy a lot. I also have been getting horrible migraines.
