Hi everybody! I'm so glad I found you!
Jennifer, Hi there. Welcome to this board. As Nat likes to refer to us, we are called the May babies. I had my surgery 1 day before you!!!! We are all very suportive here, and help oneanother out as much as we can. I encourage you to stick around and post as often as you can. One of the topics we enjoy is the "What are you eating today" At nine months out is SO EASY to get off track with our eating, and possibly slide into unwise food, or eating decisions...especially when the first 6 months weight was falling off almost reguardless of what we were eating. We are getting down to the wire now and must get our eating behavior under control..to make sure good habits are formed. This is why I like that topic so well
I don't eat much pork, but I have had no problem with it. Hope tp see you around the board.
Hugs,
Brenda
Ohhh Yes .. The May Babies.. But now I think we are more like MAY BABES !
Welcome to the best dang support group on AMOS . We are alll pretty much on the same track ... and the support and love here is overwhelming ...
And no .. I CANT DO PORK and I am a southern woman who loved her BBQ... Pork makes me vomit and hurts so bad when going down .
I look at it like this .. for years I ate BBQ sandwiches ... BBQ pork roast ..pork chops and look what it did for me ..I was 300 pounds for crying out loud .. So I am probably fortunate I cant eat it .
Again - Welcome ..
Huggles ,
Natalie
Welcome Jennifer!!
May Babes...I like that!!
Pork is no problem for me...but, again, right now any food is no problem.
That is why I love this sight and the "what did you eat today" postings
It helps me keep on track. I think, Oh my, I have to write down what I am going to eat right now...I would be so embarrassed!! So, then I won't eat it! Thanks guys!! It is really helping me alot!!
Jeannie
WELCOME! It is very true that this is one of the best supports groups. For me I think it is because we all have something in common with all being May Babes. I hope you will feel at home and post often...I have been bad with posting but I read everything. Take care...

Hi Jennifer,
May 13, here. Goes to show you how different we all are... Pork (specifically mexican style Carnitas) is one of my Favorites that goes down just fine.....but a dry pork chop, that's another story, thi**** me llike a rock.
Funny how we are all affected by the same things so differently!
Wishing you continued success,
Pam
