This is so cool... and yes I think Shania looks fabulous ,, OMG Brenda I thought it was her when I opened up her post the other day .. She is gorgous .. Any hoo .. Here goes yesterday ..

Another Nectar

I have started mixing my protein with skim milk .. gotta stop that mess .. I am still lactose intol ...

I have been MIA from posting for a little while but not reading. I come to this board 1-3x a day but I have been so bad with slipping chocolate and my food choices into my day that I have ignored posting out of embarrasement. I HAVE to get back on track soon...and you guys have been such a help with making feel guilty since you guys all seem to do so well with eating. I will try harder.

Well, it's early but here's the plan so far:

L: Salad w/ham & cheese

Trying hard to up calories to stop loosing (12 lbs under goal), but it's hard feels like I'm eating all day & still not getting calories up that high.
