This is so cool... and yes I think Shania looks fabulous ,, OMG Brenda I thought it was her when I opened up her post the other day .. She is gorgous .. Any hoo .. Here goes yesterday .. B-Nectar Protein L-Wendies BLT salad -( 2 oz chicken ) about 1/2 cup total S-4 Pork Rinds D-4 teaspoons of wonton soup - 1 crab rangoon Bedtime Snack - Yogurt Another Nectar 1 oz cheese I have started mixing my protein with skim milk .. gotta stop that mess .. I am still lactose intol ... Well let's see what today brings .. Love ya .. Nat

I have been MIA from posting for a little while but not reading. I come to this board 1-3x a day but I have been so bad with slipping chocolate and my food choices into my day that I have ignored posting out of embarrasement. I HAVE to get back on track soon...and you guys have been such a help with making feel guilty since you guys all seem to do so well with eating. I will try harder. so far today... B: Carbwell bar 1/2 poptart (see already messed up today....lol) I will try to recover and get on the ball...hugs & kudos to you all that have been doing so wonderful and faithfully posting. B - Protein drink (Isopure Strawberry and Cream) S - Yogurt w/ High Protein Granola L - Clam Chowder (Manhattan Style) S - Protein Bar after work out D - ??? Today I will run 3.12 miles (5k) on the treadmill at work and then go to the gym with my wife tonight and lift weights.

Wow you are doing great!!! keep up the good work John!! I am not doing well with my exercising and I give you a big applause for all your work. I am trying more on my exercising but havent seem to stick well to it, lol. keep it up- Melissa

Good Morning, Well, it's early but here's the plan so far: B: 1 Qsmart Bar & 2 LF mozz cheese sticks s: 1/2 sl Banana Loaf L: Salad w/ham & cheese s: Q smart bar D: ?? s: ?? Trying hard to up calories to stop loosing (12 lbs under goal), but it's hard feels like I'm eating all day & still not getting calories up that high.
