poll: what did we eat today

Well I am posting early since I wont be able to later, my son Anthony is home sick with this virus going around, so I am spending my day in vomit clean up cuddling, and washing blankets. B- protein drink L- peanutbutter and jelly sandwich S- carbcountown choc milk for dinner I will probably have chicken noodle soup with my son. Talk to you all again tommorrow!- Melissa

I've gotta start doing this to get off this stinkin plateau!!! B- 1/2 piece whole wheat toast, 1/2 sausage patty S- bout 15 goldfish L- Few bits of salad with grilled chicken bits S- Gouda cheese D- gonna be spaghetti, gonna try to stay away from the garlic bread though I have drank a cup of coffee and a ton of water today Seems like alot of food to me when I see how little you guys eat, especially y'all that skip meals, maybe I need to start doing that to get offa this plateau! Hey there Shania...I see you stuck around the board...good deal. Yes, this is the whole reason I started this thread back up a couple weeks ago...plateaus, and people coming to the end of there journey and fighting the last few lwbs. Kinda keep us all in check, and having to think about our choices we are eating. It has worked for me! I have never been a breakfast person..so it is pretty easy for me to skip that meal..then lunch can just roll on by when I get busy...You no how that goes. Your doing great! Brenda

Yes. I am still here, and OMG, you called me that again. Enough to make me forget about my plateau!!! Yea, but I see how much you have lost and become a little baby thinking, OMG,what am I doing wrong. Aren't we women silly? I know I am. I am my own worse critic. I swear, I'm too hard on myself. But this plateau of about 4 weeks is killing me. I still have about 23 more to go. I wanna get to 139, but we'll see what my body says! I have been doing fitday and keeping up with my calories, have been doing 900-1100 which I feel is too much. Love, Stacey

YOur doing great sweetie!! And you look terrific! Dont you just hate those plateaus, lol. I usually up my protein and water to help break them. Hope yours breaks soon- Melissa

Hey there. Long time no hear from you girly. LOL Okay, I see that you are going to start doing the whatcha eat thingy on here just so I will behave, right? LOL Well, I have been bad as normal for me. B carb option peanutbutter crisp L chicken salad sandwich S Kit Kat (Bad Bad Bad) D Pizza (Bad Bad Bad) Well, if you keep doing this nightly I will have to get back on track so I won't get fussed at. I hear one coming my way real soon. I will do my best to do better tomorrow. I promise. This isn't fair though, it seems like I can eat alot more than others on here. That isn't good. Tonya sweetie you are doing fine. Yes I will be posting everyday, so I can get myself back on track. I too feel like I eat alot more than most, but fitday is still saying Im doing good. My food intake was smaller here cuz of Anthony being sick. I still usuallyy get in about 600-700 calories a day, and my exercise well lets just not talk about that right now, lol. Hope to see you on here posting. I dont post much except for the eat for the day, so I can get more support see how others are doing and watch myself better. Love ya hun- Melissa

Well, let's see... B = special K breakfast bar coffee L = chicken breast SNACK = chilie (yeah...I know, I know) S = cheese/smoked turkey breast/crackers SNACK = bologne/crackers definetly a bad day. Jeannie

OK, had a busy day again...shopping B-skipped L-Half a taco, and 2 bites of beans S-2 pieces of chocolate kisses...bad, bad..but oh so good. D-half a cup of ham and beans, and about 1/4 c. of coleslaw S-will probably be a S/F bomb pop
