Ok I had a protein drink for breakfast carb countdown choc milk snack detour protein bar for lunch carb countdown chock milk and dinner I had 2 peices of low carb pizza Melissa

Brenda those pounds must be falling off of you girlie!!! I just cant see how you skip B and L you must be a very very busy lady, lol. How do you manage to eat so little? I still feel I eat too much for being this far out postop. I do do the fit day and I am always low on my calories, but I just feel I can eat so much at one time!! Keep up the good work Ill be posting later tonight on my food again, cant wait to see what everyone else is doing- Melissa
