What did we eat today and sunday weigh in
Ok I said I would try to post more and post what I eat. I feel this is a crutial time for support just as if we were going into surgery again. We are all coming to our nine month post op, and can eat more and fall of the wagon easier. So here it is today I ate
B- protein drink
S- carb countdown choc milk 8 oz
L- 3/4s of a taco bell chicken taco salad with out the shell
for dinner aI will have another protein drink
I feel like I can eat too much!!! Is anyone else eating as much as me?
Today I weighed in at 189lbs total loss of 109lbs
As for exercising I have done some walking but I am not doing exercising well. could be the weather, or I can just be lazy I admit that, lol. Cant wait to see what you all are eating and how you are doing.- Melissa
Girl...I think you are doing awesome. It doesn't sound like you are eating too much at all. If you are concerned you can log onto www.fitday.com and log everything you eat so that you can see for sure. I too am lazy about exercise...I have walked a few times but other then that I have not been on an exercise program at all. Did I just admit that?? lol I think there will come a time soon that our weightloss will slow so much and we no longer will be on the free ride of it falling off on its own. I think I am pretty much at that point now. I wish you the best of luck...congrats on your wonderful success so far.

Wow you look great!!! I hope I can get my TT approved,like you did. My Dr wants me to wait it out till I lose about 30 more lbs. As for exercising you sound just like me, lol. I know to maintain this success I wil have to get moving on the exercise. Congrats on your success so far. When you have that TT Im sure that in itself will bring you closer to your goal.- Melissa
It was great to start this back up, for the support and to see what everyone else is doing. Im so glad I caught your post for starting this up again. I know Im not always on here and will miss it sometimes, but I am trying harder to stick with this. LOL looks like from my replies I ate the most. ALLIRGHT I TOO AM NOT EXCERSIZING AND I HAVE STOPPED I THINK WITH THE WGT. LOSS I AM IN PANIC MODE, HOWEVER APPARENTLY NOT ENOUGHT TO MAKE EXC. TIME...I JUST CAN'T FIND THE RIGHT TIME FOR IT WITH WORKING AND MY 3 YR OLD ...AND MY NEEDY HUSBAND..DID I JUST SAY THAT OUT LOUD..OOOPSS...EATING IM NOT SURE HERES A ROUTINE DAY FOR ME..

I DO HOWEVER GRAB A HANDFUL OF SNACK SOMETIMES...LIKE A DORITO OR SOMETHING BUT TRY NOT TO...AND HAVE FOUND EDDY'S SF FF ICE CREAM I CAN TOLERATE AND IT IS SO GOOD I HAVE TO BE CAREFUL AND HEAD BACK TO THE TRUSTY SF POPSICLES I AM TAKING AM AND PM VITAMINS...THE VITA LADY ONES AND GETTING IN MY PROTEIN..AND DRINKING NOT ALWAYS ENOUGH..BUT STARTED SIZE 28 AND AM NOW PRETTY GOOD IN A 16 ITS TIGHT BUT THIN PEOPLE TELL ME THAT MEANS IT FITS...HE HE....I STARTED AT 297 AND HAVE BEEN BETWEEN 204-210 FOR 2 MONTHS...ANY SUGGESTIONS OR IS THE EXCERSIZE MY ANSWER NOW..WOULD LOVE SOME HELP FROM MY TRUSY COMPANIONS....LOVE YOU ALL AND HAPPY V DAY....COULD THERE BE ANY MORE FRICKIN CANDY AT WORK TODAY...THEM FLOWER GETTING CANDY GETTIN B!@#$% ..I AM JUST KIDDING...THANKS EVERYONE...
Allison that 200lb mark and around was so hard for me. It seemed to last forever!!! I started at 298lbs when I had my surgery, I am now down to 189lbs. You will get there!! I havent had a real hard time with candy, when I want it I eat s/f reeces cups, lol. As for the food you eat looks pretty healthy to me. I have never been good with veggies or fruits and I still am not. Since I am not a big exerciser, I have been trying to walk more where ever I can. I park farther away from stores, walk up our hill to get the mail instead of drive, lol. I figure any little bit can help. I do have to kick my butt to exercising more. Best wishes on your journey, You will break that little plateau soon. When I was stuck at 204lbs I made sure I had more protein and water everyday. It seems to have worked for me maybe it can help you too. I think I was having like 80g protein a day and 12 glasses of water!! Im now back down to 60g protein a day.
