L - Spoonful of greenbeans,squash,mushrooms and a small yougurt and a few bites of pork tenderloin but couldnt eat the rest...
S - will be power crunch bar

S = 3 small slices of chicken pizza
several cookies, small
ice tea
water
Well, actually...not as bad as I thought!!
So maybe it is really helping. I will tell when I weigh in on Monday.

I am amazed at what some people eat. I just read your posting a while back asking for everyone to join you in reporting their daily take. I am so floored. I never and I mean never eat as much or as many carbs as most people do. I really thought I had been pretty bad. It has been quite a while since I checked in here with everyone so I had kinda lost track of what he "norm" was. I almost never eat crackers, pasta, rice or any sort of heavy carb, let alone cookies. I do eat just about as many veggies as I want. I still try to eat my protein first, then eat the veggies till I feel full. Today for instance:
S-10a.m. coffee
B- 2p.m-spinach/onion/colby scrambled eggs
D-7p.m- sauteed squash, chicken breast in alfredo sauce (no pasta)
S- 10p.m. 2 hot wings 1/2c. spicy v-8
I still can only eat about a cup of food if it's soft. 1/2 c. if I start with a dry meat. Most days I drink in excess of 80 oz.
I am at 165 and a size 9-11 depending on the outfit. I have been unable to go to the gym since all my kids have been sick for a week. I have only managed to do my exercise tape twice despite my best guilting. I feel good and don't really want to lose any more wt necessarily but I do still need to work out to get everything tone. Another busy day for me ... yesterday ..
Breakfast - Nectar
Lunch - The inside of a Ceasar Chicken Wrap
Dinner - Steamed shrimp and scallops with orienta veggies .. My husband cooked it and ... bless him - he tried .. I could not eat the scallops they where undercooked .. but I give him an A for Effort .
Snack before bed - Yogurt - Handfull of mixed nuts .. and
an entire 2 liter of decaf tea ..
