OK, IT'S EARLY...WATCH YOUR FOOD!!
Good Morning....
Thanks for the reminder. It is hard these days. I am actually 11 lbs under my goal so I'm trying to learn to add back some food --- and making HEALTHY choices is tough. Never had to worry about NOT loosing weight before! So maybe checking in is best & keep me on track.
Today so far:
B: about 3 oz cheese/deli meat & 1/2 C Oatmeal with cinnamon & splenda
Venti Ice Tea & vitamins
Planning:
S: 1 oz Mozzarella stick & 5 whole grain crackers
L: "chef salad" 1/2 C romaine w/turkey,salami & cheese, 5 whole grain crackers
S: maybe cheese & crackers
D: ?
S: ?
As I look at it I realize I need to up my calories -- this is hard, 9 mo out still no appetite to speak of & eat very small portions & full. Need to find some higher calorie/high protein healthy snacks to fill in....Anyone have suggestions?
