Ok today was a new day .. Work sucks .. rather be running ...
Any way .. here is what I have had today ..
Breakfast -
16 ounces - Nectar - Protein drink
Lunch
All of the chicken from a Wendies BLT salad w/oriental sesame dressing
Some salad ..
16 ounces of Chrstal Lite Tea .
Right now I am drinking another Protein Drink...,
Dinner
It will be - ( it is cooking now )
Chicken and rice with FF mushroom soups
Salad
I wont eat the rice so it is just chicky and salad .
I had no time to snack today not even a yogurt or cheese .
I will have a yogurt before bed maybe .. and some more water .. Not even hungry today.. Imagine that LOL ...
Well come on .. let's keep to Brenda's challenge .. what did you eat today ...

Ok, a much better food day today. I was a bit bad with tasting tidbits from SuperBowl Sunday.
B- EAS Advant Edge protein shake
S- Carb Well Cereal Bar
L- 1.5 oz Detour Bar, 1/4 serving of Frito Lay munchie mix
S- Slice of SF, FF pudding pie
D- 1/2 of Atkins chicken ranch wrap from Subway
I'm sure there will be a snack tonight.
