Well, today I had to go to work. Blahhhhh
I didn't get to work out. To rainy and nasty here, plus supper bowl will be on, plus grocer shopping. I had $115.00 worth of grocery's and after my coupons spent only "ready for this?" $38.00 YAHOOOOOOO I have found the absolutly BEST way to shop for food! I actually enjoy shopping now, as I no I am going to get ALOT and save a ton. Anyway, back to the subject. Here is what I ate today.
B-hand ful of doritoes..I no, I no
L- 1/3 of a homemade enchilada beans, meat, and cheese. so actually not to bad eh?
D- same as lunch

As I am bored out of my skull from recooping from surgery, I have been grazing all day... (Not Good I Know) At least when I graze I make healthy choices now..
So I've had...
2 Detour Bars, Post Carb Well Cereal Bar, 2 SF Ice Pops, 1/2 SF muffin
I'm sure it will get worse as hubby came home from the store with all kinds of junk so I'm sure I'll have to have at least a bite of everything...
Don't follow in my footsteps, but I feel like you have to be honest and post the bad with the good.

I had a terrible day. I started out doing ok and then got busy and just didn't eat the way I should.
B-1 egg, sausage, 3 bites of a biscuit bottom
L-string cheese and 1/4 c pistaccio
Snack-med size piece of cake-TERRIBLE choice, son's party
Dinner-6 tortilla chips and cheese dip
I'm still working on my water. I've had about 44 oz and will have to play catch up this evening.
I must vow to get back on track tomorrow. I will post my food again tomorrow if I have time.

I cooked all day .. just about .. but I did manage to make it to my favorite coffee house for decaf-latte with soy and skim half and half .. Here goes ..
Breakfast - Nectar Fuzzy Navel
waited 30 then had
Low Carb Special K with 4 Bannana Slices - Yum
Snack - Cheese and Crackers
Lunch - I made Sausage Balls using Low Carb Bisquit mix.. for the superbowl..ate 3 of them .. Yum
Dinner .. I made pork country style ribs ..
Tried one little bitty piece .. Yum and it stayed down cuz i chewd the heck outa it I guess ..
Then ... I ate 5 corn chips and french onion dip .. ended up with terrible gas ,, I was doing good up until I did this ... LOL
Had another Protein drink
Before Bed I had 1/2 of a wonderful Protein bar ..
32 ounces of decaf Tea ... and lot's of water downed Sprite 0 .. I needed a change ..
Today will be much better I will be back to work .
O yea and I bought me a new pair of slacks .. on sale 60 % off got them home and they are too big .. Hahahahahaha .. I love this stuff man ,,

i am starting over today and i'm really gonna try to do better. i still have 2 weeks before i can do any kind of real exercise due to my surgery 4 weeks ago,but i am gonna start walking some every day until i can get back in the swing of things.

handful of chex mix
2 vanilla wafers
1 red vine
Dinner:
1/2 turkey burger patty w/swiss
slice of pineapple
sip of hubby's kahlua & cream...ok, maybe 2 sips
way too much snacking on not so great food.... what can I say
