sounds good to me...i am stuck in the 205 range from 297 but want to get to 160 starting excersize in the morning so i would love to...this morning i cup coffee with (vanilla carmel cream) and splenda i know i need to get rid of the cream...then some crystal light and my am pack of vitamins...i might have a shake (extreme smoothie) i have one everyday of the week so i try to do something different but right now my husband is making egg,sausage and cheese omelets so i am gathering strength on here from my sistas.....so not sure about the rest of the day they are having soup after church so hopefully someone will have veggie and then i will post later...good luck girls i want to get to goal so bad!!!!!!!

Allison, we want you to get to goal too I couldn't have had the stregnth to not eat the eggs sausage and cheese omlet. Your good! But they are good chioces if ya would have had some I to have been trying to eat more veggies. But I love them best if I dip them in Ranch Keep up the great work! Brenda

This is a great idea!! I havent been on Oh that much lately, and I am doing all the no nos also. So far I just had a pritein drink for breakfast and I also had a s/f recees cup. I have not been exercising like I should. I have been doing well on my water. I have lost 107lbs and have been at a stand still in clothes and weight lately. I fit into size 20 jeans and can get into the 18 stretchy ones. I have so many size 18 clothes from being at that weight for so long 6 years ago. It is great to be down to that size again but I want to get to my goal of 130lbs. I feel like I will be this weight for ever and not lose anymore. I can eat normal meals no super sized just normal but I feel like I can eat too much. I also have had some sugar which i told myself I would never try again. I have never dumped!!!! I hope my tool has not been broken by my not following rules to a T. I really need to start posting more with all the support I got from here when I started my journey this is probably what I need as a pick me up to get moving again. Ill be away for a week but I will make it my goal to come here more often and get back on the wagon, lol- Melissa

Melissa, 107 lbs is nothing to sneeze about. You have done wonderfully. I don't think your tool is broke. Noone follows the rules to a T. Trust me. Don't kick yourself for that, plus that is what we are all trying to shake. The bending of the rules. Never will we be perfect, but we can certainly try, with the help and support from others. I don't dump either. Sometimes I wish I did though. but sweets ahs never been my thing. Cheese YES!!!!!! which thankfully we can have alot of that. One thing I might sugest to you if you feel you are eating more than you should, is tell youself about half way through your meal your STUFFED! You can't eat another bite if you wanted to. This is what I did from the very beginning. Eating is just as much of a mind issue as it is a hunger issue. the mind is very powerful. Before surgery I said I was so starved all the time...you no whatI ATE like I was starved all the time. Was I really STARVED..no So I play the mind game with myself on a daily basis. It really does help me not eat so much. Take care, Brenda

Hi Brenda Wow its amazing if you really sit and write down what you eat, you would be surprised how often and easy it is to eat the wrong things!! Well so far I have lost 103 lbs. Today I had for breakfast half a bagle w/ cheese. Lunch was a small serving of pasta, and for a snack some chips. Exercise is rare, other than walking. How is everyone dealing with meats? I can of course eat chicken,and pork. That is about it. I have to say that I am proud of all of us for making it this far!! Hugs & kisses to all!!
