Ok, so here is my idea. Since we are almost 9 months out and our window of oppertunity is drawing to a close, I thought we could start posting again..WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY. Some are at goal, while others are not. Let's support everyone and start this journal back up. We are ending the finish line of this oh so long race. You may, or may not report your excersize as well. OK? Sound great? I no with myself I got really lazy the last couple of months. Starting snacking on little bite size snickers, doritos, COKE, as long as I didn't see the scale move up, I continued on. Forming REALLY BAD habits. Everyone knows we can't do that, yet, I DID. So I thought IF anyone else out there were doing this we could help keep ourselves keep accountable and post it all. The good, bad, and ugly. I no before when we posted what we ate I would think to myslef, what would so and so be thinking of my unwise choices. They be saying to the computer...what are you thinking BRENDA...you no better than that food choice!!!!! So, how about it? Anyone interested? I'll go first. B-A cup of grapes. L-who knows? S- Lasagna=only one low carb noodle(half a portion)w/salad. I'll post again tonight how many caleries after I end my day. I track this on fitday.

I think this is a great idea Brenda. Right now I am bouncing back from minor heart surgery so I have been eating mostly shakes and bars. As soon as I'm eating more variety, I will be glad to join you. Maggie

GREAT IDEA!! Kindof like a food diary on line...boy, this should get me back on track for sure. I can fool myself if I don't write it down...but can't fool myself if I put it in writing. Right?? Today I had: toast, with peanut butter, a little butter coffee with cream 4 cookies coffee chilie water turkey dressing gravy water chicken sandwich from McDonald's fries...(bad, bad, bad) diet coke...half of a medium... 2 scoops of protein powder in oj. walked 1 1/2 miles worked out on my gazelle for 15 minutes. that's it. Way too much food, I think...and then I wonder why I am not losing! Not anywhere near what I use to eat. Jeannie

hi brenda!! what a great idea..i have been having the same problem as you for the past couple of months,slowly getting back into eating the wrong things. i had surgery 4 weeks ago also,so i haven't been able to exercise. i think it would be great to have someone to "report" to on how i have eaten for the day and if i have moved my butt or not. lets support each other and get back on track. btw,youuuu look wonderful girl!!! hugs, tracy open rny 5-26-04 271/135

Tracy, yep that is what were here for...SUPPORT. And by the way miss thang...you have done ohhh so well. I want to see those numbers in the next month. I have 7 lbs to go. Keeping fingers crossed, legs crossed, I get there before march 12. Remember...WE ROCK!!! tata for now Brenda

Hey Brenda, you had 17 reads, as I call them, but only 3 people responded...including me...and no one else reported what they ate. So, are we the only brave ones?? Or crazy ones? I, for one, am going to keep this up because it helped me last night to "see" exactly what I am doing to myself!! It is only 6"45 a.m. here this morning...but, I am going to post again... breakfast: coffee 2 cookies Will I learn?? NO COOKIES...I will have to give away my cookies today. That is the only way I will not eat them. My daughter will have to hide hers...she's 21...and not show me where they are. Again, thank you Brenda for starting this. Guys, it is working...just after last night. I am feeling guiltly enough to stop!! Ughhhhh! Head voice go away!!!!! Jeannie

Yes .. let's do this Brenda .. I need too .. I am still having trouble with meats so I have been snacking on crackers and cheese .. well the crackers are FF and the cheese - well its NY super Chedar .. I do fit day almost everyday and it helps .. But I am still loosing and it is starting to scare me - cuz I am getting really bony ... Here was my diet yesterday as it is early here . 1/2 cup brunswick stew for breakfast .... snack - 16 ounces of Nectar Protien Drink Lunch ... cheese and crackers Popcorn and it made me dump .. BADDD Dinner - Home made Chicken mock Ceasar salad . It did not stay down very long ... More cheese and crackers .. Went to bed before I could get in another protein drink ... I got up in the middle of the night and watched the surgery channel on plastic surgery .. I got really excited to see a tummy tuck done .. and I ate some cheese its ... Badddd ... O well today is another day and It will be a good one .. Take care my friend ! Nat

Nat, well girlfriend...I want to switch bones with you. I also loved your diet choice for breakfast .lol I to don't eat "breakfast things" I eat whatever sounds good. Our eating is sooo much alike...I to don't do well with meat still. But I guess we were this way early post opp to. We ate the same things. I had forgotten how you dumped. I don't do that, kinda glad I don't, but sometimes wished I did. Brenda
