Well, how is eveyone doing? An amaizing thing happened this week. I lost a toal of 8 lbs, since last Thur. I don't have a clue how I did it, but it happened and I AIN'T complaining! Weight loss has been so slow the last couple of months. It is usually around "that time of the month when I drop a couple of lbs" but not this many lbs since early out of surgery. Ahhh those were the days. I hope everyone is doing supper dupper. Now watch me report back in that I gained a few lbs back. EEEE GADS Brenda 268/146/??? PS What did ya'll eat today? Holy moly girl...I would be posting that milestone too. I think I would fall off the scale if I lost that much in less then a week...or in a whole month for that matter. I only lost 4lbs total for last month. ALthough recentl I did lose a inch in my hips so now my 12's are too big. They were getting really loose but this set it over the edge. I am SO happy for you and by the way...I had to look at your profile to actually see who you were. Your new picture doesn't look anything like your old one...your old picture was beautiful but this one looks at least 10yrs younger then the last or more. Have you been exercising a lot? I have been on a hormonal roller coaster the last 2 days and I have no patience for my kids or anything else for that matter. Maybe it is because I am losing something and the estrogen is messing with me from my fat cells. WOW 146...that is amazing. How far are you from goal now? I am so thrilled for you....I will keep my fingers crossed for you that a few of those lbs don't find you again...lol Julie S. 268/265/162/130

Julie, Well, guess what. 2lbs found there way back I had a sneaky suspiction I was about to get my period, and yep, it came the next day. Oh well, I'll take the 5 lb loss. Loosing that inch off your hips is fantastic!!!! I haven't measured in months. I should havve done that and kept a journal, but I got lazy. Speaking of lazy no, I haven't been going to the gym. In the very beginning after surgery by my second week out of surgery, I was walking 4 mi a day (I escaped to recuperate at the Lake of The Ozarks and it is just beautiful down there) anyway after I came back home I virtually stopped walking. Then I returned to school and took a PE class, thinking that would get me back to excersizing at least some, but school kicked my butt, and I didn't have time to work out. Then daughter announced she was getting married to boyfriend of 4 yrs, AND that I was to be a grandma in 8 months. This took me over the top!!!!! About that time is when weight loss really slowed down...So now that everything has gone back to normal I am going to start going to the gym. I do feel very fortunate that I have pretty good elasticity with my skin, and don't have alot of loose skin. Would I love to have plastics? You bet. After loosing so much weight and getting down to a normal size it would be great to have a "perfect figure" But I try to remain realistic. Thanks for the great compliment on the 10 yrs younger. That made my day!!!!! Your looking just pretty darn good too! Isn't it just amazing what this surgery can do? I would love to weigh 130. After my first divorce I went back down to 117 lbs. I was in the same size I am now(10) so I don't carry my weight well, but I do feel better the thinner I am. I am VERY small boned. Do you weigh 130 now or is that your goal weight as well? Keep up the great job! Brenda
