Great News

My surgery was May 17th. I'm fortunate not to have had any complications, even with shoulder surgery three weeks ago. I'm only 5'1" and started at 248. The surgeon gave me a goal of 135-150. I've been working with a local nutritionist to learn how to eat because I never really knew how. Today I weighed 136.5. I can't believe. I've gone from a 3X to an XS. My whole life has really turned around. Its going to be a great new year.

Great job Sara, I can't wait to join you at my goal weight of 133.5, which is close to yours of 130-150. I am about 21 pounds away from my goal. You should be so proud of yourself. Keep up the good work! Sherri

Congratulations Sara, and may you have a healthy and happy year, as well as years to come...I am 5 ft 1 in ( used to be 5' 2" !) and have lost around 75 pounds..Doc says I need to stop losing now, but it is such a trip trying on new clothes and fitting into them, isn't it!!!! Have thought about writing to you before, and have you in my prayers for a speedy recovery from your latest surgery.. So glad to hear that you are doing so well...Keep up the good spirit and good work!!!
