Any New Year's resolutions?
Do any of my May sisters and brothers out there have any New Year's resolutions they would like to share? My resolutions are:
1) start a serious exercise program
2) stop spending money foolishly
3) stop thinking of myself as a FAT person!
I'd love to hear from the rest of you what you hope to accomplish in the new year!
God bless you all and I'm so glad you are my "family"!!
And I am glad you are part of my family too ! Happy New Year Sweety !
I know one I won't be making this year and that is to diet . I do not call my lifestyle now a diet .. Is my life .. and How I live it to be healthy ..
My Resolutions are as follows :
1. Be at my goal weight by Feburary .
2. Exersise like there is no tommorow .
3. Enjoy life now and not just exsist .
4. Save more money for things I want to do .. rather than for everyone else .. I know it sounds selfish .. but this year is for me ..
I know I will exersise more I bought a gym package .. And life only gets better with each day .. Bring on 2005 .. 04 was good but look out !
Love ya and have a safe happy NEW YEAR

Laura, My New Years resolution is going to be to seriously TONE up. I am bout 21 lbs from my final and last weight loss goal. I should try to loose an addtional 30 lbs, just to give myself a little leaway for any weight gain, but I am afraid that would be to thin...Never thought that would come out of my mouth. lol
I got a new gym package for a gym that just opened up in my town, so that is going to be my second home.
2. goal is to go shopping in a real store and not Good-Will any longer.
3. Go to gym everyday
4. No more Good-will
5. Did I mention to go to the Gym everyday yet? LOLOLOL
Take care,
Brenda
Hey Everyone,
I do plan on making a few resolutions this year. However, I would like to point out that none of mine will ever include spending less money. My husband requires I spend a certain amount to keep my spoiled rotten ***** status.
1)EXERCISE MORE
2)GET IN ALL MY WATER 100% OF THE TIME
3)HAVE HOUSE NEAT AND CLEAN(this could include weekly cleanings by a professional or just better organization on my part, the first sounds best)

This is a great question...makes us all think a little. I honestly haven't even thought about it and until just now I didn't quite realize just how close New Years is!! Well lets see.........I think I will take a few ideas from the others!
1) Start an exercise plan...I hope to be able to join the gym down the street. Our military base has a free gym but it is a little further and I don't think they will be as helpful. I have not exercised regurlarly during my 7.5mo post op so far...I know shame shame on me.
2) Try harder to get in all of my water everyday
3) Put something together to help me to remember my vitamins everyday
4) Organize my house better and work harder at keeping it neat and clean all of the time.
5) Be the best mom that I can be!
I think that is a good start. Have a wonder New Year ....to all!!

Hi Everyone...although this has been a wonderful year for me, I do have some resolutions
1. Eat fewer carbs
2. Ditto with everyone else...stop spending money foolishly
3. Exercise at least 20 min. per day
4. Reach 70% excess weight loss goal in the next six months.
So glad you are all here...Bless you all.
