Sooo HAPPY!!

7mths out and feelin great, was 278lbs now 161lbs fit into size 11pants Never ever did i think it could be true

my health has improved almost 100% just to be able to walk,jog,ride a bike, it is like being reborn my goal weight is 135-140lbs but if i never lost another pound i would be ok with that

i have never been so happy and content with who iam and how i look
