Under 200!

I'm finally at a weight that starts with a 1!! At my last appt on Nov. 29 I was at 199... now I'm at 193! I'm so friggin happy! I've been doing the happy dance for 2 weeks now. I'm the thinnest I've been since I was in the eight grade... I'm now heading into uncharted territory! Cassie 5/11/04 282-193-140 someday soon! 89 lbs gone for ever!

I loved the feeling of getting under 200lbs. I'm at 183 which is about what I weighed right after the birth of my first child who will be 17 next month. Way to go. Keep up the good work. Melissa
