I'm Overweight!

I am usually a lurker here and reading all of your posts... but I thought I would share today... After 15 years of being obese or morbidly obese, today I finally moved into the overweight category. What a blessing all of this has been! Thanks to all for sharing your stories! Congrats on your successes!! Deb

I saw your post and immediately went over to the BMI calculator to see where I am. I am finally at Overweight too! How wonderful!
