Abdominoplasty....

Well I had my appointment with the plastic surgeon and it went great! He says I have a hernia he needs to repair but no biggee. He'd like to do a little contouring lipo around my hips and can get rid of a good bit of extra skin and most of my stretch marks on my tummy. We have sent off for insurance approval. If I am able to get this done before the end of this year then I can get it at no cost out of pocket. Much love! Monica 228/135/?

Hiya Monica! Sounds like your visit went great! I'll keep you in my prayers for a fast approval on that. Its terrific that he can get rid of stretch marks. I hope when its my turn for ps I can get rid of both the stretch marks and the lap scars from the rny. I also have a scar from a c-section but thats too far down to get lol. God bless! Melanie

hI mONICA, i HAD MY SURGERY ON mAY 25TH AND i HAVE LOST 67 POUNDS. i HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A PLASTIC SURGEON ON MONDAY OF NEXT WEEK. i HAVE A SMALL HERNIA TOO. i HOPE MY INSURANCE WILL PAY FOR THE TUMMY TUCK ALSO WHEN THEY REPAIR THE HERNIA. IS THAT WHAT YOUR PLASTIC SURGEON SAID? THERE IS NO WAY I CAN AFFORD TO PAY FOR IT OUT OF POCKET BUT IF INSURANCE WILL THEN i AM THERE GIRL. I STARTED OUT WEIGHING 255 AND NOW WEIGH 168. i NEED TO LOSE 20 MORE POUNDS BUT I FIGURE THE TUMMY TUCK WOULD GET 10 OR SO.
