What are you eating today folks?
Well, we have one holiday down and one before us. How did everyone do over thanksgiving? I personally think Thanksgiving is harder than Christmas.
Here is what I am eating today.
B-protein shake and vitamins
L-probably a beef stix and peice of cheese
D-who knows what? Any ideas?
I have felt like such a slacker lately with this board since going back to work. We really need one another.

Thanksgiving was ok ... I will say being a southerner.. and all the great food .. I enjoyed it .. I felt like for once in my life .. I had control . I ate a little bit of all the good stuff . I will be honest though .. I think the dark meat turkey made me sick .. I ended up in me mothers bathroom 5 times .. yukkky .
Well , I am off until Tuesday .. Church tommorow and rest ..
Take care ,
Natalie
I had to hit the store for last minute items on Thanksgiving morning. So, I hit the gym and then hit the store. I was on the treadmill and did a quick 2 1/2 miles in 30 minute**** the store and was home before noon.
I stayed out of the kitchen unless I was asked to help. I ate everything I wanted. Very small amounts mind you. I didn't want some things on the menu that just didn't look good to me. I took too much on my plate, mostly to look 'normal' but didn't finish anything. My personal "I'm full" trigger still works - I sneeze. I have been very aware of it and try very hard not to get to the point I sneeze. But T-Day I did. I knew I had to stop eating then and there. As a side note, my dog likes me being out of the clean plate club.
One thing I did notice was how much everyone ate. I was the same way last year and every year before that. I was shocked. When the meal was over I was full of energy and ready for fun - everyone else needed a nap. I did the dishes and clean up the kitchen. Scored major points for that! But I had energy to burn and that was fun.
B - Protein Shake & vitamins
L - Slice of Turkey on half pita w/ roasted red pepers
D - 2 Slide Turkey, 4 Brussel Sprouts, 1 Tbsp of Mashed Potatos
S - Beef stick pieces and mustard.
Thanksgiving was awesome!!!! I am really hoping for a Christmas just as good. Maybe even a White Christmas as we are heading to Chicago.
