Just wanted to say "thanks" to all you wonderful May 2004 people for being such an important lifeline. I went through a bad patch last month, and your stories, encouragement and advice is what got me through. A specially big thank-you to John 
for shaking an invisible finger at me to get me back to the doctor *****newed my Prozac prescription. It made all the difference in the world.
I still have 40 lb more to lose to reach my personal goal, but I've hit an important milestone and wanted to share with you all. Thanks again for being part of the journey, and may you all have a happy and healthy Thanksgiving!
