6 Months Postop-new pic

Hi everyone! I am now about 6months post op. I have lost 90 lbs. and feel great. I have also lost a lot of hair. I am optimistic that I will lose more weight in the future months - but it is slowing down a little bit. I am very happy to have had this surgery - my life has changed. I no longer have any hypertension and can walk all day. I have a few friends that also need the surgery but cannot make any final decision to do so. My 21 year old son Andrew also had surgery on the same day I did. He has lost about 118 lbs. so far. If you have any questions please feel free to email me. You look wonderful also. I was working in Summerville the other day at the Wal-Mart supercenter. The city of Charleston is really building up fast! Best wishes for your continued progress.

Lisa , you look amazing . Great Job ! I too have a good friend that truly needs this surgery but tells me she just can not give up food . I try to tell her that you are not giving up food - just making better choices . Way to go for your son ! This has to be an amazing journey for you both . Congrats .. Natalie

You go girl!!! You look amazing! We've lost about the same amount! I am still pretty much on a plateau.... only 6lbs in the last month. But if I never lose another pound and stay where I am then I still say I am happy and this was totally worth it.
