ABDOMINAL PAIN, how do know if you are blocked

hi all, i woke up at 3am in with sharp pains over the pouch area. no ing or nausea. i ate ribs last pm about 6:30pm and later had a few surgar free cookies. i'm concerned if i could be blocked even though these are not typical symptoms, or at least i don't think that they are. what is your thoughts on this... thanks all

Does anything actually come up when you vomit? IF I were you I'd stick with liquid diet today and see what happens. I'd call my doctor too if I were you. Good luck... let us know it works out!
