What did you eat today?
1 piece of garlic toast (regretted that one)
Lipton cup o soup cream of chicken flavor
1 atkins chocolate protein shake
some tortillas and my homemade dip
my dip:
black olives diced or processed
green chiles diced
1 can rotel tomatoes diced
feta cheese
Wishbone 5 cheese italian dressing
Mix it to taste... also great on cubed chicken
Okay,on the 7th I had:
B turkey and bacon wrap. Maybe 1\2 of it.
L 10 oz Carb countdown smoothie
D 2 oz steak, 1\2 corn on cob, a few mushrooms cooked in butter.
Today on the 8th I had:
B hand full of cheetos
L 1 oz of hamburger, little bread, 3 french fries
S 10 oz Carb Countdown Smoothie and more cheetos. Then got sick on cheetos. NO MORE for me thank you. LOL
D 2 oz pork chop, going to try to eat some peas and maybe a bit of cheese taters.
I know, I was a very bad girl!! I will be better for now on. Maybe that is why I stopped losing. LOL I will jump back on the train starting tonight.
