Sugar free choc....

Feeling yucky right now....could be because I ate 7 pieces of sugar free chocolate. Hm...there;s about 500 cals right there. Lesson is...just don't buy the stuff. Don't have anything like that in the house. I refuse to beat myself up, but I wanted to just put it out here. I value the gift of this surgery, and I don't want to jepardize it with dumb stuff like sugar free chocolate. Ms. Healthy -115

Plus usually sugar free isn't sugar free. Cause it has sugar alcohols in it instead so they can claim sugar free!
