Cold weather bothering anyone?
Hey all, I was just wondering if the cold weather is bothering anyone as much as it is me. My skinner self can't hardly take it. The old fat me was hot all of the time and I NEVER wore a coat, even in the coldest of weather. I guess it will take my new body a while to aclimate haha. Deb -105 lbs., 85 lbs. to go.
Yes, and no. Last year I didn't even wear a coat, as I new of the upcoming surgery and didnt want to waste the money, plus I could tolerate the cold. Now I am cold, but just stay bundled up...and first thing I did 2 weeks ago was went out and bought a wool coat. We used to keep our house temp at 66 degrees in winter, poor hubby (all 6'3 145 lbs of him frooze to death...now I am relating to him a litle bit more!

I wish there was a freezing face; I'd use it on my message. I've been a really fast looser---97lbs and only 14 to go. I am totally freezing all the time and really trying not to spend money on clothes until I hit bottom which really isn't till after plastic surgery. This week it turned really cold in NYC and I am wearing layers, but its not going to be enough through the winter. Its because we've lost our natural insulation but I'm concerned about this first winter.
Isn't it funny to not be wearing a layer of insulation all the time? My toes are frozen!! I grab my shoulders and hug myself and feel like skin and bones!! This is honestly so odd feeling.... I am the skinny cold chick I used to grimace at at restaraunts!!
I think I can live with that though.
Cheers! Here's to needing a new winter coat (that actually buttons) as oppsed to an old winter coat that didn't fit before but now wraps around twice!
