My day started out with breakfast. Yes I actually had breakfast. lol I will tell you though it made me hungry and the fear of grazing is lurking in the shadows. B-protien drink L-will be another protien drink D- will be vegtable soup w/a slice of cheese Julie, thanks for the kind words. I gotta tell you seeing what everyone eats is two fold for me. I get ideas from others, and it keeps me in check to not cheat for I will have to tell the food police. lol We are all in this togather and the more we can read about each other whether it be positive or negative even, it is like a everyday support group meeting. My meeting is once a month, we are on here daily. Alchoholics have AA meetings daily, et...so I want to use this board like that. Am I making sence or just rambling on..sorry Hope eveyone has a good day of eating! Brenda

You make PERFECT sense! We have a support group close to here once a month but I have never been. They do not allow children and I have 3 of them. Plus my husband is deployed. I don't think it will ever work out for me to go..maybe one day. BUT....I too use this type of group as my daily support. I also belong to a MSN support group but I am way more active on here. I feel more comfortable on here for some reason.The others I just lurk. I am STILL working on the halloween candy...lol but it is getting better. Just knowing that I want to report what I ate today makes me do better. Julie

Today I got in 70 grams of protein. YES!!! B Carb Countdown smoothie L Hamburger with cheese and one slice of bacon S Carb Countdown Smoothie D Chinese chicken and rice. Very little chicken though. One egg roll. (Bad Girl! I know) S Carb Countdown Smoothie Just pressing my luck with a few bits of chicken. So far so good. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Toni
