DOING THE TRICK!!! WOOHOO....I woke up this morning 2lbs less. I guess I will continue to try to stay on track. I want to thank all of you and especially Brenda for posting the 'What have you eaten today' posts daily. I love it that this group has become more active. Reading everyones posts has really made me take a good look at it all. I hope everyone is doing well today and lets keep this protein train tooting along.
