DOING THE TRICK!!! WOOHOO....I woke up this morning 2lbs less. I guess I will continue to try to stay on track. I want to thank all of you and especially Brenda for posting the 'What have you eaten today' posts daily. I love it that this group has become more active. Reading everyones posts has really made me take a good look at it all. I hope everyone is doing well today and lets keep this protein train tooting along. I know...I was at a stand still for 4 weeks, and just yesterday, I was down 3 more pounds. I have had an extra protein drink daily for the past three days and it's helping! You are doing GREAT!!!!! Tricia 247/173/120

Same here. I've been up and down the last week or so. Today I got on and read 175 for the first time in about 8 years. This is the weight I was at when my hubby and I wed in 1996. I have only 37lbs to reach my personal goal. WOW!!! Light at the end of the tunnel. Christie 244.5/175/138

Yes.. Gurl ! Protein is the answer . I feel that if not for the protein and my desire to get in no less than 80 grams a day has contributed to my weight loss . When I look at food now ... I always ask , How much protein is in it > People think I am crazy .. 3 cheers for Protein ! Take care , Nat
