I have a face! What did you eat today?
First let me say you are beautiful ! Way to go on the WL .
Today I started out with :
An Adkins Shake - yuk
For Lunch - Michellinas Lean Lunch - Salsbury steak - YUK
And for dinner I will have CHICKEN AND VEGGIES YUM ..
I will finally get my Nectar that I ordered today and back on track for protein ...
I will have some cheese and another yogurt .

7:30 -4 ounces warmed up pinto beans w/ ham
noon- 2 ounces broccoli & cheese (had to taste for dinner 2 make sure it was good)
2:00 -4 ounces warmed up pinto beans w/ ham
6:00 -2 oz Broccoli & cheese, BBQ chicken thigh

Ok, I am jumping on this bandwagon...i dont post much, but that needs to change and I really need to start looking at what I am eatting because things seem to be slowing down...so, here goes...
5am: 1 slice whole wheat toast w/butter
7am: 1c coffee w/splena and low carb creamer
9am: fun size peanut M & Ms...oops, darn halloween!
11am: 1/3c chicken salad
2pm: will be carb countdown smoothie
Dinner: dont know yet...
also 20oz water and 20oz aloe splash
