What did you eat today?
uGGGG...what the heck happend today .
Breakfast - Adkins Shake- ( I am out of Nectar - It's on it's way )
Lunch - 2 Meatballs from a sub .. we had a party at work . Yukky
Dinner . A Salad from MCDonalds that I could not eat as the chicken had been reheated .
Some peanuts - and some fat free cheeze its .
Not much water .. and this was a terrible day for me . Today will be better .

Well, I can tell why I am not losing as fast as I would like. I guess I am eating way too much. I will have to cut back!! You don't want to know what I ate! Thanks, for the inspiration...to get back on track and remind myself I do not have to eat as much as I use to...not that I eat that much. I eat nowhere near as much as I use too...but, more than I should! Know what I mean?
